Weeks 1-4: Introduction Phase

In the four-week introduction phase, participants gradually increase Brewsh Coffee intake from one cup daily in week one to two cups daily by week two, consumed in the morning and before lunch. Week three maintains this intake while exploring different brewing methods, and week four adds cognitive exercises alongside the continued two-cup daily consumption.

Week 1: Start with one cup of Brewsh Coffee in the morning to assess tolerance.
Week 2:
Increase to two cups a day, one in the morning and one before lunch.
Week 3: Maintain two cups a day, trying different brew methods like French press or espresso.
Week 4: Continue with two cups a day.

Weeks 5-8: Optimization Phase

In the Optimization Phase (weeks five to eight), participants enhance their coffee routine. In week five, they add turmeric or cinnamon, and in week six, they limit intake to two cups daily of high-quality, dark-roasted beans. Week seven pairs coffee with healthy fats for improved absorption, and week eight maintains consistency in coffee consumption and cognitive exercises while gradually increasing difficulty.

Week 5: Experiment with adding turmeric or cinnamon to your morning coffee to enhance its neuroprotective benefits.
Week 6: Continue to a maximum of two cups a day.
Week 7: Begin pairing your coffee with a healthy fat like coconut oil or MCT oil to improve absorption and sustained energy.
Week 8: Keep consistent with your coffee routine and increase the difficulty level.

Weeks 9-12: Stabilization Phase

In the Stabilization Phase (weeks nine to twelve), participants focus on maintaining progress. Week nine involves evaluating cognitive improvements and adjusting coffee intake if needed. Week ten emphasizes sticking to two cups daily and avoiding late consumption. Week eleven introduces morning mindfulness or meditation before the first cup, and week twelve maintains coffee intake, cognitive exercises, and mindfulness routines.

Week 9: Evaluate your cognitive improvements and adjust coffee intake.
Week 10: Continue with two cups a day, ensuring you’re not drinking coffee late in the day to avoid sleep disturbances.
Week 11: Introduce mindfulness or meditation practices in the morning before your first cup.
Week 12: Maintain your coffee intake, cognitive exercises, and mindfulness practices.

Weeks 13-16: Advanced Phase

In the Advanced Phase (weeks thirteen to sixteen), participants deepen their exploration of coffee’s cognitive benefits. Week thirteen focuses on its effects on learning new skills. Week fourteen adds a social element through coffee discussions with friends. In week fifteen, participants reflect on and document cognitive benefits. Week sixteen focuses on planning future use of coffee for mental cognition beyond the program.

Week 13: Start exploring the effects of coffee on learning new skills or languages.
Week 14: Maintain all previous routines and add a social element by actively remembering a specific fact of facts of each of your closest friends and write them down.
Week 15: Reflect on the cognitive benefits you’ve noticed and write them down.
